Our mission is to assist Canadian immigrants of African and Caribbean origin by collaboratively working with city, provincial, territorial, as well as Federal authorities to remove barriers to the full integration of such immigrants into their respective communities in Canada and enabling them to become true and equal citizens of Canada through promotion of the spirit of multiculturalism; and instilling positive and inclusive change through innovative, participatory programming.
